The VOVOX® sonorus direct S is our best-selling balanced cable. The elaborately manufactured conductor wires made of high-grade copper have a refined crystal structure. This allows sound signals to be transmitted with even more precision and with a higher resolution. This cable is not shielded, which enhances the sound quality even more. Best suited for all balanced lines, microphone or line levels. Made in Switzerland.

XLR plugsFor our balanced cables, high quality Neutrik XLR connectors with gold plated contacts are used.

TRS plug (symm. jack plug): Our goal is the perfect transmission of audio signals. Not just the cables, also the audio plugs have to meet our high requirements. The jack plugs from VOVOX® sonorus direct S feature a copper signal contact instead of brass. A small, additional detail that accounts for the special sound of these cables.

Important

Since this cable is not shielded, the sound quality is enhanced. There is however, a certain risk of interference. If used in the studio, this risk is minute. For live usage however, we recommend the shielded version VOVOX® sonorus protect S.
